Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see these emails, check your spam folder.

Processing & Shipping Time
Orders require 1–5 business days for processing before shipping.
Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
For example, if your shipping method states 8–10 business days, this does not include the processing time.

Shipping & Tracking
We partner with reliable couriers and provide tracking information via email.
Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear after shipment.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to multiple countries.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs delays may occur, and Alivrazen is not responsible for additional fees or lost/stolen packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue, but once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, non-response to delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the courier does not guarantee return to sender.
In such cases, Alivrazen cannot issue a refund. Please contact us if you need to arrange a return instead of refusing delivery.
